How worried should I be?

1992 9000 turbo (2.3L / 5 spd ~140k miles)
I just noticed a tiny, yet visible amount of green liquid, which I'm assuming is coolant. It was on the tiny lip of the cylinder block where the block and head join right underneath where the distributor hole block-off is.
There isn't enough coolant leaking to make it a drip on the ground, and the coolant that's in the overflow resivoir is bright and healthy green. There's no "foam" on the dipstick either, so I'm guessing that for the time being, oil and water are being kept separate.
Is this spot a common weak point for the head gasket on the 2.3L motor? How impending is my headgasket's doom? There are also oil and coolant lines for the turbo running very close to this spot, so I suppose there's the possibility of a pinhole leak there too.
Experiences? Advice?
I have been planning on putting a bottle of Bar's Leaks in the coolant, and seeing if that helps. It kept my 2.0L in my '86 healthy for a long time. Is it still OK to use the stuff in the 2.3?
