on the tube that goes behind the engine to the heater. You didn't say which engine you have. The 2.3L engines also have 2 large O-rings that go into the block on the other half of the pump. You normally don't remove the housing part on the 2.0L engine, but on the 2.3L engine, I think it is easier to remove both parts and replace the two large O-rings when you remount the unit.
The turbo cooling line uses either a copper washer or one of those Japaneese steel and rubber hybrids. Replace that washer only if you remove the turbo cooling line.
I have had excellent luck with Loctite 518 on the paper waterpump gasket. I think it is now called Permatex anaerobic gasket sealer. It might be part number 28518 now.
