I'm guessing that quasi has a procedure for this on his web site. Sorry, don't remember the address, but you can do a search under "quasi" on this board. Others may have a procedure too, search here under "brakes".

Don't follow the 900 guidelines. The front brakes are simple, just push the pads and piston back with c-clamp or whatever. File off the rust, and use antiseize on the sliding points.

The rears are special. There is a 4mm? allen screw covered by a 7mm? allen. The 4mm backs off the caliper and adjusts the parking brake when done. So, remove 7mm allen cover, back off 4mm allen to push the caliper piston back and remove pads, install new pads, and tighten the 4mm until pads contact rotor, then back off 1/4 turn. Double check those guidelines as it has been a long time since I've done this, but it is something like that.

The Haynes manual is a fair general repair manual for the 9000. You can buy direct from their website, or board sponsors. If you are doing a lot of work, buy the specific saab manual for that system, they're worth it. Heard lots of stories here about folks trying to push the rear calipers back and having to buy new ones.... Read twice, repair once.
