Access was for an older (pre-airbag) car. Codes were from ACCI, but the rest holds true.
The best way to test the servo is to remove it from the mounting, but leave the electrical connector on. Then hit the self-test. The servo should move. If you're not getting anything, use the electrical connector from to a different servo. All of the servos are identical.
Is the servo not moving, or are you getting a servo fault? If the servo isn't moving, and you've gone through a couple of servos, I'd suspect the current driver in the ACC unit.
