Do you mean the plastic insert that the cloth covers is cracked? You can probably find a used one if you have a junkyard nearby. Otherwise, pvc cement will probably work.
To cover them, you will probably want new, headliner material with foam on the back. The original cloth foam is probably messed up. To put the new material on, us 3M spray headlinder adhesive. You will need to be very careful when you put the material on because you have to pull and stretch it to get it into the corner. Use some dowels to hold the material off the plastic until you are ready to attach a section as the glue is almost instant adhesive. It is not easy but with some patience, it will look real good, like the original.
Oh, and the plastic panel attaches with littly metal rings. It is best to cut the old ones off and find some more at Home Depot.
