I believe t-stat will be fine and hoses providing the exposure was not long at all. I have found Saab engineering and parts to be very durable (the reason I drive one) I would concentrate on the tranny by goiing to a place that advertises "complete flush" and have them run it clean. I do not know if they filter coolant or what but it sounds to me like the best way to get the fluid replaced. Heck- have them do it twice -$85.00 x 2
I feel for you. I just don't see tranny fluid attacking coolant hoses like acid- but could be wrong.....I would think it takes a few days to eat at rubber? All depends on duration of exposure. Hope this helps.
