I would test/replace in this order:
Vaccuum leak
BPV
DI
That is by price. However, testing the BPV is merely down by sucking on the vaccumm hose going into it. If there's little to no resistance, it needs to be replaced. Searching for a vaccuum leak is a little harder, and usually is only accomplished by replacing all vaccuum hoses since some leaks are pinhole-small.
The DI is another issue. I would search the archives on this since there is a TON of info about little to no boost conditions.
