Still trying to repair the AC and it's getting hotter here in Utah. Here's what I have found so far. The blower motor works and blows warm air into the cabin. With AC switched on, fuse 1 has 12V, fuse 17 has 12V, fuse 20 has 0 V. The compressor relay seems ok (I swapped it with the fuel pump relay and the car still ran, then I moved it back to the AC compressor relay slot.) With the AC switched on, the relay socket gives the following voltages: pin 87 to 86 = 12 V, pin 87 to 30 = 12 V, pin 87b to 86 = 12 V, and pin 87b to 30 = 12 V. The front radiator fan does not turn on and I can't hear the compressor running with the AC turned on. Also there is no voltage at the blue to blue wire or at the blue to red wire on the compressor. I know the AC can be complicated. Does anyone have an idea on where to start with this? Thanks in advance.
