at fixing the problem. If you want, you can look at the bill of materials to see if the receiver/dryer was replaced. Even the most basic A/C mechanic would replace the receiver/dryer after a compressor failure. Normally the evaporator wouldn't be replaced if it wasn't leaking because it is a pretty expensive item.
I can tell you from experience that on the very same model car, I had a new expansion valve fail after 3 weeks of operation, so it could be something like that.
It also could be as simple as a leaky fitting from an o-ring that didn't seat right.
Give them a chance before you fire bomb the place.
