The 2-speed fan switch mounted on the right bottom side of the radiator controls the 2 fan relays in the Relay/Fuse box behind the left headlamp. The radiator fan switch has 3 wires for the 2 switches it contains.Low speed is set for 90*C,and high speed is sewt for 110*C.They have power from the battery all the time and if heat soaked will power on the relays to run the fan to cool.Check the 3 fuses in the relay box-the 5amp timer fuse, the 2-30 amp fuses for low and high speed relays.
I have found cars with only a Green CARTIER # 03 316 a 4-blade plugin instead of the correct Low Speed Timer Relay- Black Saab-Scania # 95 63 339 a 5 blade plugin Time Relay Cooling Fan made by CARTIER.
Make sure the heatshield is inplace over the radiator switch to help shield it from the TurboCharger heat.
The High Speed Relay is White Hella # 95 22 061 4 blade plugin.
Hope this helps....
