I'm pretty sure it isn't a vacuum line or the O2 sensor. And not the kick-down cable.
Since you've got TCS, you have a drive-by-wire system. It seems that the engine doesn't know that you're pressing the throttle pedal. If you put the car in neutral, can you rev the engine? If so, then the electrical hookup is there. If not, then something major just didn't get hooked up. I'm surprised - I would figure that if the throttle sensors were both not hooked up, there would be a TCS fault.
So - in neutral, can you rev the engine? If not, then there is a problem in the throttle sensors/TCS module/throttle body.
