Weird throttle problem on '95 Aero & TCS/ABS ?'s

Shortly after start up I lost all trottle response. The engine was still idling, but poorly and if I hit the throttle nothing happened. After I shut the car off and restarted it was fine. I has happened a few times. No check engine light, and it seem's to run fine otherwise? Any hint's suggestions. Also my ABS&TCS lights are on and not functioning. Mile Hi in denver ran the diagnostic and found that the Main ABS relay was not getting grounded to the ABS ECU. They tried a new relay and ECU and that did not work. Any way to fix wihout digging into the main wire harness?
