Hi all,

Having the 'classic' water flooding into the ACC fan at right hand turns when the a/c has been on for a while, I decided to clean the drain of the evaporator box. The drain should be in the lowest point of the box at the side of the ACc fan box (driver side).
Having it open I am absolutely stunned to find no drain hole at all! Nothing! I did check the Saab parts catalog, but regardless of model year, all evap boxes have a L-shaped drainplug at that point. Mine doesn't?? No wonder I have this flooding problem. After an hour of driving even a slight right hand turn brings the fan almost to a stop. Knowing the threshold between the evap box and the fan box is more the 3 inches, there must be quite some water in it indeed!
can anyone shed some light on this??
