pads. The only reason for uneven wear on any rotor (scoring) is a pad that has broken up or gotten contaminated and is making contact in different areas. I disagree that you would need new calpiers. Calipers dont wear out, contrary to popular belief. The seals can wear out on the pistons, and can be replaced, or you can damage the pistons by destroying your pad and continuing to drive. Surface rust on a rotor doesn't mean it is worn out. Worn to minimum thickness means worn out. If the grooves are deep, check the condition of your pads.
The rear rotors are adjusted manually when installed to make sure they make good contact. All of the calipers should have the guide pins thoroughly cleand and greased prior to reinstalling them. If they look really bad, replace them.
Last thing I will say about brakes is that cheap rotors and pads only belong on cars being sold in the next month. If you are going to keep the car, get quality rotors and pads. I haven't replaced my brake rotors in 3 years.
