Don't know if you remember all of my posts about low- to no- boost after replacing the fuel filter and O2 sensor. After finally getting the O2 sensor problem resolved, it then turned out to be a shot check valve in the PCV system.
Once I replaced it, boost was back.
But I do notice one thing:
When I first installed the BSR Stage 3 ECU about 2 years ago, I was boosting beyond the red (I did not have my VDO gauge at the time, only the Saab one). This was with a 3" exhaust and K&N filter. Everything else was stock. Then when I installed the Hyperboost BPV a few months' later, I was not attaining the same amount of boost anymore. And even though I tried my old BPV again, I was never able to re-create those days of "ultimate-boost" high, even with several adaptation runs.
I wish I knew how to get that much boost back again, since I paid a lot for it!
