You mentioned in your 1st thread that plugs were replaced. What gap did you use?
Although people have stated that those of us using re-mapped ECU's should use 0.90mm or 0.89mm, I found that size to give me misfire and stumbling at idle. When I went to 1.10mm, I lost top-end performance. 1.00mm is the perfect gap for my engine with the BSR ECU. Improper gap would definitely cut back on performance since the ECU would limit boost to avoid internal engine damage.
You could also have a vacuum leak somewhere. Those damn pesky things pop up all the time! The only true way to find the leak is to replace ALL vacuum hoses with silicone-type. A leak could be pinhole-sized and unseen, yet would grow wider under load or full-boost.
Is the dp-to-turbo connection tight with no leaks? I assume you recently istalled the 3" exhaust, so it wouldn't hurt to re-check the connections.
Did you remove the hoses from the BPC during any kind of maintenance? If so, the proper connection is: C-W-P (top to bottom on BPC). This would cause boost issues.
Are all clamps tight on the complete charged-air system? I found some of mine (actually, all of them) needed tigthening. Some of them are tricky to get to, but do-able.
Charged-air temp sensor clean? Try removing it and spraying the inside tip with carb cleaner, then re-install, making sure it's snug. That's the sensor in the silver intake pipe, top of engine, driver's side.
Whew, my brain is exhausted now! And I still have a day's worth of work ahead of me...
