Anders/Others> How to tighten bal. shaft sprokets? Posted by JustinHiFi [Email] ![]() ![]() |
In the middle of the timing chain/BS chain, sproket, tensioner, guide replacment. I have new timing chain in and timing components. Got old sprokets off using vice grips and impact wrench. What is the best way to tighten them back up?
Tried using old chain wrapped up, etc...
Just do not want to damage the teeth...If I let tensioner out to chain, then turning the sproket turns entire engine over.
How do I? ;-)
