i was looking into these recently, and come to the conclusion there are about three decent options for you.

1. Installing the simple flip down plastic ones that you can screw in/attach to door pannel, etc. These are cheap and many people like the versatility of mounting them anywhere. Can be found easily at any auto parts/marine supply/ rv type store. or on ebay...

2. Installing one from a '90-'92 Ford Taurus in your dash. This will fit into one of the DIN slots (where your radio, ashtray/cigar lighter, ??? are). If you have an open slot, it can fit in there. If not, people have succesfully moved the cigar lighter into the lower bucket to open up a slot. These will include a change holder and 2 cupholders that slide out. Much more 'stock' looking than first option. Since you have an auto box, shifting shouldn't be a problem (has been a complaint of these). Can get these at a junkyard or on Ebay for $20 or less.

3. There is a factory option cupholder that fits into your center glove box. These just slide right in and hold two drinks and sometimes have a change holder. Thses appear on ebay every once in a while, but will often sell for over $50-$75. This also requires you to have the center glove box open, which can be in the way of passengers in back.

Those are the most common options out there. For the rear seat, the flip down ones can be attached to the doors, which might be your best bet. It is unlikely, but possible that you could get the center fold down portion of the rear seat from a 9-5 and somehow install that in your 9000. Those has cupholder built-in, but that would be getting VERY creative.

Sorry for lengthy message, but i was bored as i was writing it..and i'm looking at different options myself.
