Which is stripped, the threads or the nut outer surface. If the threads are stripped, I would expect the nut to be rotating freely but not coming off. If the nut outer surface is stripped, I would expect the nut to be stationary but the wrench to be rotating freely with respect to the nut.

Assuming that it is the nut outer surface that is stripped (not the thread): They say to use Vise Grips when the oil drain plug is stripped. It worked on the oil drain plug, so who knows, it might work on a stripped clutch hose nut also.

Assuming that it is the thread that is stripped (not the nut outer surface): I don't recall anyone ever reporting that their oil drain hole thread was stripped, with the plug rotating freely but not coming off, so I don't know if there is any precedent or advice from the world of oil drain holes that could be applied to the world of clutch hose connections.

You might also hope for your clutch hose to fail catastrophically (become disconnected) like in the picture below. But then you would still be left with the problem of a stripped nut (or thread, as the case may be), so this kind of disaster probably won't help.
