This means your anti lock function on the brakes is not working. The brakes should work fine though.
If it is on when you start the car it means there is a bad sensor or connection usually.If it comes on when you start to move it means on sensor is detecting a different wheel speed than the others.
Check the resistance of all the sensors. The connectors are in the aquarium for the front and under the rear seats for the back. Or you can check all of them at once on the harmonica connector if you know the pin numbers.
I think Ari posted these a while back. Check the archives.
Sometimes unplugging the connectors and cleaning the contacts solves the problem.
