Turning the key actuates a switch inside the door that sets and disarms the alarm. With a bunged up lock, you are in trouble.
Your only solution is to remove the door panel and get into the lock mechanism. The best solution would be to remove the door handle and see if you can fix the lock. My guess is the tumbler is messed up. You could always swap it for the tumbler from the trunk, and rely on the central locking.
The other option is to get to the switch that the lock actuates, and by opening/closing those wires, you should be able to disable the alarm. Once it's disabled, leaving the wires alone will keep it from re-arming.
