Just curious. Just bought the 93 9000CSE automatic and noticed fuel mpg reading is a lot lower than my 92 9000 standard (which got 20-24 town, 30-34 highway on plugs that barely had enough metal for a gap).
I know autos are less economical than manuals, but surprised at how low I'm getting in town 12-14 mpg average. It jumps back up to 30 mpg moment to moment on faster roads when the engine doesn't work too hard, so I'm not too worried, but 12 around town! my 69 442 gets close to that if I'm really really careful about how I drive.
It occured to me that my 92, and 90, both have 195 series tires, what was the specified tire size for the 93 (I don't have manual)??
Seems to me, if 205's are a little big, the mpg will read low, but i'll actually get better mileage (lower rpm's per travel distance).
Any thoughts??
