noise after shift-couler fix...any help

As everyone else I had the great opertunity to loose 1st and 2nd(was the coupler, Repaird it {Temp fix zip-ties + hose clamps})
Now I have a real tight :) Shifter everything seems to work great altough I can hear(NOT FEEL) the trans at all rpm if the trans is engaged in any gear, I am thinking this is just some of the noise the coupler hides from the cabin when it is as it should be and buy using the metal hose clamps I am transfering the gear noise into the cabin (it seems to come from the passenger side though)as it kind of sounds like an old bare-bone toyota work truck I had once.
is there an adjustment I needed to make? or does this seem normal I drive it 200 miles a day and would hate to be destroying something
By the way needs top Motor mount, and most likely bottom and rear

ps befor this broke I would get this noise intermintanly but only in 2nd
