The central locking and the dome light share a fuse. I don't remember exactly which one it is. However, I was looking at a car a few weeks back with exactly the same issue. I popped the fuse box door down, and shined a flashlight on the fuses, one by one. It's pretty obvious which one is blown - the grey bar inside is not continuous across the fuse. I vaguely remember it as being on the top row, around the middle, but don't quote me on that. Again, just do a visual on the fuses.
