The first thing to find out is if it is actually the bottle leaking. If you have headlight wipers, there is a "T" fitting/one way valve right at the bottom of the bottle, and that seems to like to leak. Replacing that fixes many a leak. You don't mention the year of your car, but usually access involves removing the horizontal plastic tray.
If indeed the bottle is cracked, then repairing it is a problem. It's made of polyethelyne, a plastic which is chemically similar to fat or grease. Not a lot of glue like to stick to poly - that's why it's usually heat welded. However, there are some adhesives out there you can try, and some epoxies will stick.
My guess, if all you see is a puddle underneath, is that you need a new T valve. Piece of cake.
