Yes, it will be same or cheaper than the price Techlectic was given, and will definitely improve performance, however:
1) Will have to find a 3"-to-2.25" adapter to hook the high-flow cat to the rest of the stock system
2) Will have to install the cat under the chassis (vs. under the engine as what is there now), though the brackets are there and the cat will fit (just need to purchase 2 rubber hangers)
If I had to make this decision (which I already did 2 years ago), I would install the JT with high-flow cat (CatCo or CarSound) in a heartbeat. Why not install something that fits perfectly AND gives approx. 10 - 12 hp more (esp. since the parts are needed now)?
