*Most* CS 9000's were not turbos, but there were some made which were turbos. THose rare cars are sometimes called Super-CS cars. Once the names changed from 9000, 9000S, and 9000Turbo to 9000CS and 9000CSE (or CDE) the "E" was mainly a trim level designation. CS's didn't have leather or all the bells and whistles, while CSE's did. So, naturally, most of the "loaded" CSE's had turbos and most of the not-so loaded CS's didn't, but there were those few exceptions.
If the car has the metal intake pipe, it's a turbo. Now, there may be some Full pressure turbo/light pressure turbo differences that someone else can (hopefully) help you out with.
