You can always just keep swapping in or rebuilding transmissions and engines every 150-300K, just keep the foundations of a great car in great shape. I wouldn't worry for awhile. I think as time goes on all the saab fans will just keep theirs in great shape and then, when whims change, will sell them. If you want a 65 Mustang conv or hard top, at any time you can choose from a dozen on ebay, not to mention the rest of the country's listings.
Or, what happened to me, might happen to you, the older style of the '93 will start to appeal to you, especially when compared to the new ones that i'm still having trouble identifying as saabs and not chryslers or something...
where's the hatchback?!!!
