That's pretty good! My 94 Aero head gasket went at around 120k, but I did a pretty agressive flush that I think helped it along. IMHO, I'd not drive it until it can be repaired. Coolant is probably leaking into the oil, and that's not good. There is also the possibility that if the leak got bad enough, the cylinder would fill with water and you could bend a rod or damage the crankshaft. (That's an extreme situation, but it could happen.)

Doing the timing chain is a good idea, along with the gears and balance shafts while you're in there. You might want to replace the brushes in the alternator while it's out, too. They're cheap and after 328k, they've got to be worn. And how about the drive belt? Maybe all the hoses, too.
