I posted a while ago on my 94cs hit the curb on an exit ramp. The only apparent damage was the driver side control arm which I immediately replaced. The driver side frone brake rotor was scoured somewhat but I let it sit. Following control arm replacement I noticed the sterring wheel is cocked 5 degrees clockwise at normal straight away cruising, which I paid no attention.
This past weekend I replaced both front rotors. I could have let them be. There was no apparent ill symptoms because of the slightly scoured driver side rotor. I did it because the top coolant hose developed a pin hole leak. And of course the hose itself did not qualify for free shipping from Eeuroparts. Talk about incentives. Anyway that's not the reason of my post.
After the new Brembo rotors were installed, I noticed there is a distinct sharp pitched disc to pad grind when I make a turn. But not on normal driving. The noise was not there with the old rotor. I think my steering knuckle is slightly bent from the last accident. Does that make sense?
