Congrats on your purchase. I hope that we can help you get it up to snuff.

1--ACC (automatic climate control) is not my area of expertise, so hopefully someone else will chime in. But if you aren't getting heat, then it could be a flap that isn't engaging and letting the warm air in the cabin fully.
2--The factory stereo comes out by using U-shaped wires (like from a coat hanger) to put in the holes (two on the left, two on the right) and release the catch.
3--Sounds like a misfunctioning sunroof motor. Easy enough to replace (just a couple of bolts and two connectors). I got mine off of Ebay for under $20.
4&5--I would take these to a dealer/indy who can pull the codes. The SRS light needs to be reset by someone with the appropriate code reader (I think). ABS light (NOT brake fluid after startup, yes?) is indicating a fault somewhere in the ABS system. More than likely, a faulty wheel sensor. Reading the code will tell you which one. Cheapest replacement is probably a junkyard.
