eEuroparts sells a tool for $75. It'll do a fine job of pushing out the bushings. If you use it to push the new bushings in, and you get them aligned EXACTLY right, they'll go in fine. If they're not perfectly aligned, or just a little oversize, it'll turn into a raging nightmare. Don't ask me how I know.
If you want to DIY, you can remove them, as the others have said, by cutting through the bushing, being careful not to cut into the mount itself. I cut two slots, about 1/2 inch apart, and knock that wedge out. Then a press tool works well; otherwise, I'd recommend cutting out two wedges.
Having just gone through this, and a real nightmare, doing it again, I would remove the 'dogbone' mount AND the upper engine mount, and take both to a machine shop and have them pressed out and pressed in by pros. About $20 each. Removing the engine side mount requires loosening the alternator bolts, which means the serpentine belt comes off. Yes, a bit involved, but since I was doing belt/pulleys, it wasn't extra work.
I used the tool, and since the bushings didn't go in straight, I took out the tool in the process. Became very expensive.
