In earlier post you mentioned that you had to replace the return line connector.
Are you aware of the differences with the fuel supply connector and the return connector?
Do you know that you cannot buy the return connector as a seperate piece but have to buy the whole return line?
If you accidently installed a fuel supply check valve connector in the return line, the poor pump is pumping against a shut off return line.
If you did this you need to unplug the return line out of pump and take a plier and break off the tip of the connector so that the ball and spring inside comes out laving a open hole.
