decision time, but I think I'll keep it.

My '95 9000 CSE is about to turn 10 years old. I bought it used and have purchased 2 extended warranties, and the second expires at the end of the month, so I'll have it checked out one more time. I have had fairly extensive engine work done (turbo and seals come to mind plus heater core and some other items), which probably equalled the cost of the warranties and the car only has about 80,000 miles and is running great.
So starting in November, all repairs will be out of pocket which is much more aggravating than on warranty, even if both are essentially paid my me.
So I thought about trading in, or selling and picking up a 2001 9-5 wagon coming off lease which seem to be around $18-20k. But my car is probably worth only about $5k to someone else, but in the condition its in (good and everything working), it's worth easily twice that to me.
So I think it's a keeper. In this crowd, I expect most would agree. On the 9-5 board, maybe I would get a different answer.
