Looks like your heater core is leaking. I had same thing happened with mine. No choice but to route the hose going to the heater core back to where the other hose terminates. Here in my place (Middle East)it is hot so no need for heaters. What happens is that the heater core/heat exchanger leaks and pour the coolant to the aircon drain located below the bulk head. Either you replace the heater core or do what I did. Hope this helps..good luck..
