Auto to 5 speed conversion

Either I am crazy or stupid, probably both. I took today off. Left 7 AM to drive 250 miles from NJ to Rum's Garage in Orange, MA to pick up the parts required for converting the 94 cde to 5 speed. It was a spurious decision and kind of dumb not to do it on Saturday (I am going away this weekend). I hit rush hour traffic going and coming back. So by the time I got home, it is already 8:30 PM. Spent like 8 hours in the car.
The only consolation is the 94cs runs very good at 174k miles.
While in John Rumrill shop I talked to the mechanic who works for him and learned something new. Jack showed me the solid rubber top mount with out the outer metal shell I never knew existed. It is not poly. Install is way easier compared to the ones with a metal shell. Some of you may have know already.
So I think the parts required for the auto to 5 speed conversion are almost complete. Istill need:
a Garrett T25 turbo,
timing chain guides from Eeuroparts,
a set of oil cooler hoses from the oil filter to the oil cooler.
I'd like to see if there are cheaper alternative to dishing out $300 for the set of hoses. It is more than I spent for the car.
