i bought my 90 9000S with non-functioning AC (new compressor though) and non-functioning Cruise, anticipating a possible rear brake job, in Dec 2001 for $1050. It had 193,000 miles on it, and except for a few little spots of bubble under the paint, was and hopefully i can still say "is" in phenomenal running shape. it came with $1000's in repair receipts, many very recent. new clutch, DI, motor mounts, etc... also a set of mounted snow tires. this was in MA. fine headliner.

i bought my 92 9000S with functioning AC, non-functioning cruise, with 133K miles, no rust, everything else perfect, for $2200 in winter of 2002. Was a highway commuter car, one family owned. fine headliner.

i just bought a 93 CSE auto with 147K for $2800 with many new parts (complete exhaust/catalytic) needing a strut and rear brakes with near mint interior and exterior. cruise doesn't work, AC ice cold. i think i overpaid a little but i'm in florida now, and i had to go out of state to find one i felt good about.

for comparison, i looked at a 93 CSE turbo auto that was $3000 and is now $2500 asking price with 77K miles, excellent in and out, no rust, just a sagging headliner and a small fuel leak from tank area.

i would say price for your car depends on price, and how good a person is going to feel getting into it and driving it. maybe 1500-1800 if it's been extremely well maintained. i'm not afraid of 200K cars, but it might be a lot to spend when you could get a well-maintained one for less $$ and less miles.

would be a different story if engine and trans had been swapped out.

that's the sad thing about depreciation, your saab might run another 150K miles and be a great car for years and years. $2000 is a bargain for a fine engineered car if you've already done all the replacing, but the market doesn't always 'get it'.
