I assume you are talking about the crankshaft posiiton sensor, which mounts with 2 bolts into an aluminum cover plate. If you try drilling now, the drill will wander away from center, which is now the hardest metal. i would try using a Dreml to grind away as much as possible of the broken easyout, leaving a dished-in crater. Then apply PB-blaster or your favorite persuasion fluid and use a 1/16" center punch to drive the rest of the broken easyout inwards. Then you can try another easyout or drill it out.
