I must be getting good, because I did my last one in less than 2 hours. A couple tricks is to completely remove the heater core hoses. The false firewall (the removable part) has to be completely removed. The next challenge is to remove the Driver's side 1/2 of the blower motor. You're entire blower motor assembly will come out with this part. Once you get that out, you'll need to find a way to lift up the other 1/2 of the blower motor housing and support it. This will allow you to work the old heater core out and the new one in. (all this is from memory, so pardon me if you find it a little different). Once you get that far, practice taking out and installing your old one to find the best way. You don't want to mess up your new one trying to get it in.
Good luck.
