Yes,it's the black controller mounted under the dash above the driver left foot, behind and to the right of the hood release. It's mounted on the back side of a verticle panel with a plastic mounting tab that comes thur the panel and is held inplace by a slide under metal clip around the edge plastic tab.Pull the metal clip down and then pull down the black box and unplug it from it's plug connection. Then you need to remove the plug connection side end cap,by releasing the push thur tabs on the side of the box.Pull the curcuit board and end cap from the box.I redid every solded joint connection on the board. The board has the following joints:the plug intabs for the connection plugs, the 2 relays,a capacitor,a resister network, and a logic chip, app 30 points to be redone. You will need a 500 watt or more solder iron with a copper chiesel tip that is a common item to have and some lead/tin flux cored solder used for electronics. You can get this all from a Radio Shack,Loews,ect.. Then you just reheat and reflow adding a little solder to every previous solded joint on the board, being careful not to bridge between joints. It's easy enough to do,just be careful not to bridge points when you resolder the joints.
