After removing the doorpanel, it was simple to get on the actuator.

I removed the actuator and tested it with two jumper leads. Actuator DEAD.

Because they are very pricely I opened the switch by GENTLE sawing through the sealing.

I found one of the wires to the little motor loose. I soldered the wire again on the motorconnection, put some grease on the inside of the mechanism and closed the actuator.

Closing is a matter of "gluing" together both parts of the actuator with kit. Not only the cutside but also on top of the actuator (100% around)

In order to be sure that it will last, I put two small and thin little metal brackets over the diagonal of the connector and bolted these brackets on both sides together. These brackets are a little longer than the actuator, so you have the possibility to clamp them.

After replacing everything in the correct way: PROBLEM solved!!
