Up here in Southern Ontario, it usually stays between -15c and +5c in the winter months... I suppose that would translate into 5F to 41F. I use conventional 10w30 in my 9000i (it's not a turbo, so natural oil is fine) and it's just fine starting, even on the really frosty mornings. Where you are, I wouldn't worry about the temperature if you're using 10w30. Although just to be on the safe side, make sure to check your antifreeze for proper mixture, and your battery to see if it holds a charge well. Most garages will do this for free.
cheers!
