Plus, Peter's steering is razor-sharp. I don't know what size he has but one would assume they're at least 225?
I think my steering effects were partly due to the fact that 225s on the 195 rims created a very bulgy, balloon-like tire, which tended to roll over themselves rather than turn in crisply.
