I had that problem on my rear brakes. The previous owner had just put on new pads of unknown quality and every time I backed out of my driveway the brakes would sing a nice pure tone. I cleaned the pad backs and tried different combinations of grease and other anti-squeal compounds, but nothing worked. When they finally wore out after 30,000 miles, I replaced them with Axxis Deluxe pads. Before I installed the pads, I chamfered the edges with a file and used copper anti-seize on the backs. I bedded in the new pads (10 stops from 30 to 5 mph, then a cool off drive), and I haven't had a problem for 2,000 miles. Try removing your pads, chamfer them, clean them and then anti-seize on the backs. Then do the bed-in process, and see if it makes a difference.
