Make sure they're gapped properly and are NGK's. If they check-out, then try replacing the BPC solenoid with a known good one. If that checks out, then try replacing the DI cartidge with a known good one. Seeing as your boost vascillations are violent,it sounds like you may be hitting boost cut-out: that is, you're getting higher than normal boost signals from the MAP sensor to the ECU, which is cutting back the fuel. This, usually, is from a bad BPC solenoid.
