I beleive you would like a description of the seat belt system on a 9000.
At the front, there is an inertial reel located low inside the B-pillar. The belt travels inside the B-pillar to an adjustable (for height) loop at the top. The belt travels over the chest to the interior latch that is mounted to the seat. The belt continues across the lap to a hard mounting point, also on the seat. The belt moves with the seat on both sides when latched.
In the rear, the sholder reels (again intertial) are mounted in the C-pillar and travel to the interior latch and over to a hard mounting point low on the frame.
On some later models, the belts were equiped with gas charge generators that would fire on command from the SRS syhstem to tighten belt.
Is this what you were looking for? Since the belts are part of the seat system at the front, I think it would be difficult to adapt if you didn't have 9000 seats.
