I have never replaced Aero back seat backs. Nice, thought, though, and I don't see why it couldn't be done.
The Aero back seats don't fold flat. That is because they have the additional 'Aero' contouring. This isn't a design flaw, this is a design trade-off. The intent was a car that would be driven hard, which is why the front seats are contoured. Now, what sense is it to keep the driver in his/her seat, but let Grandma in the back slide around?
The contouring of the rear seats, and the loss of fold-flat, was part of the performance trade off.
As to the headlights, intermittent operation of headlights, including both lights going out, brights coming on or going off without pulling the lever, etc, are usually due to bad solder joints in the headlight relay. I can't count how many times I've done this fix. Remove the relay, and pop off the cover. Touch up the solder connections on the LARGE solder pads inside the relay on the circuit board.
