my 92 5 speed turbo 147K would not start 2 sec after running for 1 hour. Temp gauge was normal, outside temp around 40deg F. Engine cranked over good but no "fire in the hole" s. After a couple attempts, I let it sit for 1 hour, got carb cleaner to shoot into vac line at intake to see if it was a fuel or spark problem but first tried one more crank on its own and it started with no hesitation. I'm leaning towards a bad fuel pump because I assume when a DI goes it is gone for "good" and the car's performance has been fluctuating at times which I have not figured out the cause for. I do not know history of car prior to 124K. All comments/suggestions are much appreciated. (I will be gone for a bit to figure out why our 87 9000 250K has it's emergency brake stuck on passenger side) Todd.
