since the ETS system is taking care of the idle. I would start cleaning the throttle body. No airleaks in the other hoses connected to the IM??
Another possibility is that the pedal pot is not going to the right resistance value when you let off, and the ETS computer opens the throttle a bit too much.
Your car does not have so much as a TPS, which is a sensor; this is an active drive by wire system, so the TB is motor-operated.
Instead of 3 three-wire connector of a TPS there is a 7-pin connector on the TB. You might as well clean it. The resistance over pin 1 and 7 should never exceed 200 ohms.
Are you sure the system is well calibrated? When did this start?
