Your comments are very true! I am regretfully the owner of a '95 9000CSE that is my first and last SAAB. The car has NEVER been a reliable mode of transport and has always been expensive to repair compared to my other car a VW Golf of '88 vintage. Both cars have similar milage >250K kilometers and the VW has only had minor repairs, and the Saab has practically been rebuilt. Any time that I was stranded due to the failure of the Saab, mechanics would offer their condolences! Currently I have additional electrical problems with the Saab that have yet to be resolved and have resorted to driving the VW since I know that I will get to my destination and back!!! Of all the cars I have owned or leased (imports & domestics) the Saab is is at the very bottom of the list; period! If I had come accross this web site before purchasing the Saab, I would have never purchased it.
